Today's workout:

3x:
10/15 Benchpress
5 Pullups.
15 Overhead Situps
5/10 Turkish Getups.
15 Shoulder press.
15 Weighted pull (rope)

Ravi ran 2.5 miles instead.

Today's weights:
Ajay = 158 lbs (Need to reduce!!)
Ravi = 138 lbs (Need to increase :))
Abhishek = 148 lbs.

 Lets check back after a month.
