Alex and Manan joined us today. Impressive debut by both of them!

Ajay = 1-10-4
Abhishek = 1-10-4
Alex = 1-10-9
Manan = 1-8 (Had to stop early due to back injury)

Adding Alex's and Manan's weights today for tracking:
Alex = 191 lbs
Manan = 181 lbs.

5 Pullups.
15 Overhead Situps
5/10 Turkish Getups.
15 Shoulder press.
15 Weighted pull (rope)

Ravi ran 2.5 miles instead.

Today's weights:
Ajay = 158 lbs (Need to reduce!!)
Ravi = 138 lbs (Need to increase :))
Abhishek = 148 lbs.

Workout was like this:

Do 50 mt climbers first round
Do 2 Deck Squats and 50 mt climbers second round...
And so on..

All of us completed within 35 minutes.
